Who we are
Alpikom is a family business from Markovac. We build and install aluminium and PVC joinery — windows and doors, but also everything that goes with them: roller shutters, insect screens, venetian blinds, sills, railings and garage doors.
The job starts with a site visit and a measurement. We do not sell stock sizes — every opening is measured and every profile is cut for that opening. That is why installation goes without improvisation, and why the window still opens the same way years later.
Materials with a name
We fit materials that have a name and papers behind them: Austrian ALUPLAST profiles, German WINKHAUS hardware and EVIAL aluminium. What we would not put in our own house does not go in yours.
That is not marketing, it is service. When a gasket, a handle or a piece of hardware is needed five years on, a part for a known system can be sourced. For an unbranded profile bought because it was cheapest, usually nothing can be sourced and the whole sash is replaced.
What those three words mean
Accuracy
The measurement taken on site is the measurement cut in the workshop. No rounding, and no „we'll adjust it during installation”.
Precision
Hardware is adjusted until the sash seats all the way round. Sealing, the fall of the sill, the silicone — each in its order.
Responsibility
We stand behind what we fit after the job is done. If something starts to bind, we come out — that is part of the work, not an extra service.
How we work
- Visit and measure. We come to the address, measure the openings and look at the state of the reveals. Measuring is free.
- Quote and choices. You get a clear quote item by item: profile, glazing, hardware, colour, extras. No items added later.
- Manufacture. Profiles are cut and welded to your sizes, the glazing goes in and the hardware is set before delivery.
- Installation and handover. Our team removes the old, fits the new, foam and silicone, then adjusts the sashes on site.
Where we travel
We are based in Markovac, at Nikole Pašića bb. We regularly travel to Markovac, Velika Plana, Smederevska Palanka, Lapovo, Batočina and the surrounding towns of the Podunavlje and Šumadija districts. For larger buildings we arrange visits beyond that.
Export abroad
We also export — we ship outside Serbia. Units are made to the measurements you send and packed for transport; whether our own team installs them or a local fitter does is agreed per project.
