What we get
asked most often.

If the answer is not here, call 065 410 38 69 or send an enquiry — we reply within the working day.

Is measuring free?

It is. We come to the address, measure the openings and check the condition of the reveals at no charge. Only after measuring do you get a quote broken down item by item, with the profile, glazing, hardware and extras all stated.

Which is better — PVC or aluminium?

For living spaces PVC is usually the better choice, because six chambers give more thermal insulation at a lower price. Aluminium with a thermal break is chosen for large dimensions, shopfronts, sliding systems and conservatories, where a PVC profile would not hold the span without bending.

How long does manufacture and installation take?

The lead time depends on the number of items, the glazing chosen and the profile colour. You get the exact date in the quote after measuring, and the installation itself on an average house is finished within one to two working days.

Do you install, or only supply?

We do both. Installation is carried out by our own team: removing the old joinery, fitting the new, foaming and sealing, then adjusting the sashes on site until they seat all round.

What colours is the joinery available in?

PVC comes in white, in wood decors and in RAL shades; aluminium is powder coated across the full RAL palette, matt or gloss. The colour can differ inside and out — anthracite towards the street, white towards the room.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Markovac and travel to Velika Plana, Smederevska Palanka, Lapovo, Batočina and the surrounding towns of the Podunavlje and Šumadija districts. For larger projects we arrange visits beyond that.

Can shutters and screens be fitted to existing windows?

They can. Retrofit shutters and screens are made to the size of the existing opening and fitted without replacing the joinery. The same goes for venetian and vertical blinds.

What does the quote include?

The quote is item by item — every opening separately, with its dimensions, profile type, glazing, hardware, colour and opening method. Sills, window boards, shutters and screens are listed separately, and so is installation. That way you can see what costs what and what can be left out.

Who takes away the old joinery?

Removal is done by our team. What happens to the old joinery is agreed in advance — it can stay with you if you plan to use it on an outbuilding, or we take it away.

Do you install in winter?

We do. A winter grade of installation foam is used, and a single opening is removed and closed again quickly, so the room does not cool down significantly. Installation is planned so the whole house is never open at once.
